What is Life Coaching?

It's essential to concentrate on the present and future while helping you develop strategies for improvement, all while addressing any obstacles that are preventing you from reaching your goals.

Typically, I meet with clients on a 4-6 weekly basis, as this allows space to process, engage and implement steps towards change and growth.

My role of a Life Coach often includes:

  • Goal setting: Helping clients clarify what they want to achieve and break down larger goals into smaller, manageable steps. Placing measurable timeframes around this.

  • Accountability: Encouraging clients to take consistent action toward their goals.

  • Motivation and support: Offering encouragement and helping clients stay focused, especially when faced with challenges or setbacks.

  • Problem-solving: Assisting clients in finding solutions to personal or professional challenges. Asking the types of questions that can assist the client to find their way through change.

  • Personal development: Creating self-awareness enables clients to build confidence and resilience while equipping clients with life skills for success.
